| Biography: | Provides Intellectual Property services across a wide variety of arts to Fortune 500 and smaller clients, including prosecution of U.S. patent, trademark and copyright applications and the procuring of related foreign registrations; validity and infringement opinions; and IP licensing. Subject matter areas encompass electronic circuitry, service-oriented architecture and service technology, logic structures and software implementations, programmable devices and associated hardware, computer networking and data packet communications, processing chip structures and design; medical imaging and instrumentation; metal and substrate treatment and conditioning; plant patents and plant variety protection act registrations; and a rich variety of commercial and consumer tooling, appliances and associated articles. Patrick also served as a professional firefighter with the City of Cleveland Fire Department, retiring at the rank of Captain in 2008. | |
